SUGGESTED DOSAGE: Users of Grobust™ should take 3 capsules twice a day with
water during meals for a period of 3 to 6 months or longer, depending on the effect you
desire. The recommend dosage can be repeated at 2 to 3 week intervals for every 3 to 4
month cycle in order to maintain the desired appearance. Grobust™ is most effective
when used without consumption of caffeine or carbonated beverages. Do NOT use
Grobust™ if you are pregnant or nursing. Temporary breast soreness may initially
occur during the first stages of the Grobust™ process.
The organic herbs used in the special proprietary Grobust™ formula are traditional

Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus) has traditionally been used as restorative
herb with many positive effects which include: stimulation of milk production in nursing
mothers, relief for cramps and painful menstruation, treatment of headaches associated
with female cycles, balancing of female hormones, elimination of vaginal discharge,
improved lactation and enriched breast milk production and general strengthening of the
body during pregnancy.
Damiana (Turnera aphrodiciaca) is primarily used in the treatment of female problems and is also known for it's ability to restore the body’s vital energies. Additional uses for women include treatment of: female hormone imbalances, deficiencies in mammary gland (breast) development, frigidity and sexual inactivity, weaknesses in the reproductive organs, problems with decreased libido and sex drive, hot flashes, menopause symptoms, infertility, and PMS.
Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale) has been used traditionally in herbal
science to treat: breast cancer, breast tumors, female organ disorders, PMS symptoms,
hypoglycemia, water retention, excess weight, yeast infections, hemorrhaging, age spots,
fatigue and lethargy.
Saw Palmeto is primarily used in the treatment of balance problems and is also
known for it's ability to restore the body’s vital energies. Additional uses for
women include treatment of: female hormone imbalances, deficiencies in mammary gland
(breast) development, frigidity and sexual inactivity, weaknesses in the reproductive
organs, problems with decreased libido and sex drive, hot flashes, menopause symptoms,

Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) has an extremely long history of use dating back
to 588 B.C. and used primarily in the treatment of female problems. The traditional
uses of Dong Quai in the treatment of female circumstances include these potential
benefits: female hormone balancing, breast enlargement, improvements in female
glandular activity, regulation of systems involved in childbirth, relief of menstrual
disorders and pain, regulation of menstrual cycles, calming of the nerves, relief from hot
flashes and other symptoms of menopause, assistance in correcting uterine prolapse and
relief of vaginal dryness.
Kava Kava (Piper methysticum) is reported to provide the following medicinal
benefits for: women to include assistance in improving or diminishing the symptoms of
urinary tract infections, bladder infections, vaginitis, spasms, anxiety and fatigue.
MotherWort (Leonurus cardiaca) has long been traditionally used as a remedy for
heart problems and for various female complaints to include amenorrhea (absence of
menstruation), dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps and pain), uterine pain, urine retention,
sleeplessness and nervous tension.
Sabal (Saw Palmetto) is known for its ability to increase the size and
secretion capacity of the female mammary glands. Saw Palmetto is also known for its
ability to assist the thyroid in promoting sexual development by actualizing the functions
of the reproductive organs and sex glands. Due to its positive effects on glandular
systems, Saw Palmetto is recommended in the treatment of many types of ‘wasting
diseases’ and is also used in the treatment of nervous disorders or when a calming
effect on the nerves is desired.. Other traditional female uses of Saw Palmetto include
treatment for: breast enlargement, bladder problems, frigidity, hormone regulation, sexual

Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) has been used in the treatment of various female
problems which include pain associated with the birthing process, dysmenorrhea or
irregular painful menstruation,. female hormone imbalances, hypoglycemia, menstrual
cramps, after symptoms of miscarriage, morning sickness, nervous tension, ovarian or
uterine pain, symptoms of PMS and general problems associated with pregnancy.
